Do the following:
rails ./testing_bl_indexer -m http://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/raw/master/template.rb

Answer YES to everything (except for installing the gem dependencies)

CD into testing_bl_indexer

Run indexing task:
rake solr:marc:index_test_data

You receive an error about the location of jetty:
Error: Supplied Solr home directory does not exist: /Applications/eclipse/workbench/testing_bl_indexer/vendor/plugins/jetty/solr
ERROR [main] (MarcImporter.java:607) - Error: Supplied Solr home directory does not exist: /Applications/eclipse/workbench/testing_bl_indexer/vendor/plugins/jetty/solr
